Responding vs reacting

This is something that I live by now.

I wasn’t always this way, you could say I was somewhat extremely reactive to others before.

I completely understand what it’s like is to have someone rub you up the wrong way.

But remember you get what you focus on, good and bad.

If you are focused on the things that you do not like or the things that irritate you, by law, the Law of Attraction will line you up with more behavior from that person or situation you can’t stand.

Save yourself!

The more you react and I don’t just mean physically, but more mentally, by continuously thinking about it, the more you are going to attract what you don’t want from that person or situation.

Do not put your full focus if any, onto that person by reacting to them. Simply respond if needs be, and save your power.

The more irritated you get or angry you get, the more you hand your power over to the other person. Are you really that weak?

Of course you’re not. You have more power than you think!

Kicking and screaming or punching someone in the face does not show your power it in fact, shows your weakness and lack of ability to have self-control.

Do not mistake the two.

There are always ways to get your point across firmly and with truth without losing your power. Shine your light and stay in your power.
