Meditation technique to enhance manifestation process

I am going to keep this short and sweet here it is.


1. Visualize your goal, dream, or desire for 3 minutes.

2. After visualization begin to write about your desire. (Talk about how you feel)

3. Visualize the glorious moment when everything unfolds the juicy bit where you get what you want for a further 3 minutes.

4. Write about it practicing the feeling as you write.

5. Visualize the feeling of feeling accomplished and empowered as if you have already achieved your goal and moving on to your next big dream. Do this for a final 3 minutes.

6. Write about it.



Visualize, write, visualize, write, visualize and write then ……


Once you have completed the above 6 steps light a candle and stare into the flame for a further 3 minutes.


Stare into the flame with a heart full of gratitude for living in this very moment. Slowly begin to meditate there is no need to focus on anything not even your desire, simply give into the meditation.


Whether that be a guided meditation or in complete silence whichever way feels more comfortable to you.

Let the meditation flow and enjoy the thoughts that begin to slowly flow back to you regarding your desire whilst in a deep meditative state.

Aim to do this 3 days a week for 30 days and watch what unfolds for you.


This is a fun technique and we have had great results come in within a couple of weeks of students mastering this technique.
