When is the best time to meditate?

Meditation has a powerful effect whenever you meditate, but there is a time when meditation is more powerful and more of use to you, here is the answer...

In the Morning

What’s the reason you may ask? When you meditate at night shortly after you go to sleep, yes this is great, but you are not active.

Whereas if you meditate in the morning you set yourself in the right vibrational frequency for you to go out there in the world and attract the things you want. You are active, you are out there, interacting with others and wide awake putting all your high vibration to good use, not sleeping. Its pure logic right?

But keep in mind that even if you meditate at night time or any part of the day you will still see and feel the benefits in some way shape or form.
